RVK’s design of this corporate expansion includes the demolition and renovation of floors 2-4 at the Concord Plaza Office Building adjacent to their main headquarters building off Jones Maltsberger at US 281. The building owner made significant improvements to the core and shell to accommodate the client, including improvements to the lobby, relocation of existing elevator, new restrooms, upgraded MEP equipment and mezzanine infill of the existing two-story space for additional lease space.

Whataburger’s finish-out provided for new finishes and space planning to include offices, workstations, breakrooms, training rooms, conference rooms, and dining room.
