C. H. Guenther & Son’s expansion includes the transformation of the former Butterkrust Bakery building into The Bakery Building on Broadway. This San Antonio iconic site is now home to C.H. Guenther’s corporate headquarters. RVK was commissioned to design their interior finish-out, which consisted of a building addition and renovations with various amenities including a state-of-the-art presentation kitchen, research and development laboratory, and work areas for research scientists developing their vast line of food products. We designed their executive offices, a boardroom, open office collaborative workstations, and a health club with locker rooms and showers. The reception area is highlighted with warm wood tones and decorative tiles along with distinctive suspended light fixtures. The sleek, wide staircase features an open design accented with glass and polished stainless steel handrails.
