RVK designed this simple and durable building to evoke both their active business and their Texas origin. The exterior is composed of concrete masonry units, emulating limestone blocks and a galvanized metal standing-seam roof crowns the metal building structure. A soaring canopy covering the parking adds a dynamic flare to the front of the building. At night, glass blocks set into the walls allow the building to sparkle at the end of the runway.

The site fronts US Highway 281 and is the first site along the main runway giving visibility from both ground and air transportation.
