This data center is located in a remote area in Westover Hills and serves as the primary data operations for a local corporate client. The cast-in-place concrete structure and job cast concrete walls were designed by the RVK team to resist EF-3 tornadoes. Electrical service complied with Tier III as prescribed by the Uptime Institute. A primary central chiller plant was backed up with air-cooled chillers for additional redundancy. A 3’ high raised floor is served by multiple custom AHU’s located in mechanical galleries on each side of the white space, with UPS galleries outboard of each AHU gallery. The site was master planned to allow the addition of a second white space module in the future.
