Phase 1 Site Work encompassed drainage channel improvements, a new concrete vehicular bridge and entry drive.

Phase 2 included a seven-field baseball field complex featuring fields for Senior League, Junior League, Major/Minor Leagues and T-Ball. Each field featured dugouts, aluminum bleachers, bleacher shade canopies, foul poles, scoreboards, chain link fencing, maintenance gate access, irrigation, power outlets, and state-of-the-art field lighting. Our design included a concessions building with restrooms, an additional separate restroom building, batting cages, parking lots with shade trees, preferred parking area, sidewalks, and landscaping.

RVK’s design of the first floor of the two-story concessions building featured the concession area with overhead coiling service windows, restrooms, and storage areas. The second floor featured a large open office/meeting area with large windows, storage areas, Wi-Fi access, and built-in AV systems. The exterior of the building is highlighted with split-faced CMU block and a metal roof. Our landscape team incorporated a variety of trees such as pecan, Texas redbud, Mexican sycamore, various oak species and cedar elms. Tifway ‘419’ Bermuda grass was selected for the playing fields. A separate metal building was provided for maintenance operations and storage. Security lighting was provided in the parking lots as well as throughout the complex pedestrian walkways.
